Job Summary:
Cedar seeks an experienced Credit Controller to play a vital part in maintaining healthy cash flow and client relationships within the property management industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect rents and charges from tenants, maintaining a minimum of 98% collection rates.
  • Handle over 30 calls daily to manage arrears and tenant accounts.
  • Resolve tenant queries, provide invoices, and ensure timely responses to communications.
  • Follow debt recovery procedures, reconcile ledgers, and prepare documentation for legal action when required.
  • Collaborate with property managers to address disputes and provide ad-hoc reporting.

About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining healthy cash flow and client relationships. In addition to the salary, you will receive 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, hybrid working flexibility, private medical insurance, and enhanced parental leave pay (subject to eligibility). Our company pension scheme will also be available to you.
