Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant or Finance professional to join Austin Fraser's dedicated team at their Lupton Group Office.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies with local authorities.
  2. Manage cash postings, customer accounts, and financial records.
  3. Contribute to the annual audit process by providing relevant samples.
  4. Analyse debtor and collection data to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with the Commercial department to set up payment terms and contacts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
