Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and serving Notices of Seeking Possession (NOSPs) and initiating legal proceedings.
* Producing regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
* Strong understanding of social housing issues.
* Demonstrable knowledge of best practices in income management and debt collection.
* Comprehensive understanding of Housing and Welfare Benefits.
* Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets and housing management software.
* Ability to use initiative when dealing with a wide variety of people.
* Strong working knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to income management in both social housing and the private sector.
* Capability to manage a varied and busy workload, meeting targets and deadlines.
* High level of numeracy and literacy.
* Understanding of health and safety responsibilities, including lone working.
* Experience with Microsoft applications and computerized Housing Rents applications.
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
