Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our team at DivalentineCalver Recruitment. As a key member of our Supply Chain Logistics Team, you will play a critical role in managing the business operation, ensuring seamless logistics and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Import, Export, and Cross-Trade Operations: Process shipping documents, send customs clearance instructions, and deliver goods and documents to the warehouse/client.
  • Liaise with Forwarders and Warehouses: Ensure timely delivery of goods, coordinate with logistics providers, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • On-Site Inspections: Conduct occasional on-site inspections of warehouses to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other tasks as required to support the logistics and shipping operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Trading company in the Food industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and another European language, with Spanish being an advantage.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Incoterms, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of working with Shipping Lines and Forwarding Agents in different modes of transportation.
