Key Responsibilities
- Support the Vehicle Logistics Manager and other members of the Sales team in ensuring seamless vehicle delivery and registration processes.
- Act as the central point of contact for the Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSMs for queries related to vehicle delivery, registration, vehicle damage, and order fulfillment.
- Assist the Vehicle Logistics Manager with administrative duties, including submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, and clearing down SMMT disputes.
- Maintain daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure timely processing of vehicles and vehicle delivery.
- Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Provide information and support to other O&J internal departments regarding vehicle logistics and registration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics is essential.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
