Job Description

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students and teachers, ensuring a seamless transition during periods of absence. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage classroom behaviour, and build strong relationships with students, teachers, and staff will be essential in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervising pre-set work and ensuring students complete tasks to the best of their ability
  • Managing classroom behaviour, using strategies to prevent disruptions and maintain order
  • Supporting students with queries and concerns, providing guidance and direction as needed
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop lesson plans and resources
  • Contributing to the development of a positive school culture, promoting inclusivity and respect
