The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Net Cleaner to join our team at Huon Aquaculture Company Pty Ltd. Based at our site, you will be responsible for operating specialist equipment to target areas of our nets that require cleaning.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be physically fit. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of fish farming and record-keeping.
  • Availability to work a 7-day on, 7-day off night roster, 4:00pm – 03:21am.
  • Coxswain's license and experience operating remote-operated equipment.
  • Current driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

As a Net Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating specialist equipment to clean nets.
  • Ensuring the quality and integrity of our nets.
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
