The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Southern Region team as a Farm Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with and supporting our feed trials and harvest operations.

About the Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with net, pen, and mooring setup and maintenance
  • Supporting feed trials, feeding fish, and maintaining feeding equipment
  • Conducting fish health checks and environmental monitoring
  • Monitoring predator activity and assisting with zone management

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A coxswain's license and valid driver's license
  • An eye for detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team
  • Experience in aquaculture, marine farming, or working on the water (desirable)
