Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based and hybrid Contract Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in London. This role will advance the start-up of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing negotiations of clinical study agreements (CSAs) on a study level, driving CSA document finalization and execution.
  • You will plan contract execution strategy for assigned studies, including forecast of site-specific contractual execution timelines.
  • You will collaborate with internal legal, finance, and clinical operations departments.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree qualification.
  • Relevant work experience within the industry or similar.
  • Prior contract negotiation experience.
