In this role as a Contract Specialist, you will play a key part in the study start-up and clinical trial management processes at Medpace.

This position oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CSA) on a study level and drives CSA document finalization and execution, including contractual language & terms, financial attachments, and investigator grant budgets in collaboration with a global team of site contract & budget negotiators.

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This position plays a crucial role in advancing the start-up of our projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to prepare site contractual templates, including payment terms, in order to drive successful negotiation of contracts and budgets.

You will also maintain document status reports and update department tools/systems and team members on a regular basis; collaborate with internal legal, finance, and clinical operations departments, including communicating and explaining legal and budgetary issues.

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
