Key Responsibilities:
  1. To collaborate effectively with children, young people, and their families to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
  2. To work closely with healthcare professionals, social care teams, and education providers to ensure seamless support delivery.
  3. To maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with stakeholders to guarantee informed decision-making.
  4. To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in special educational needs support.

The estimated salary range for this role is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
