Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in the EMEA region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. You will lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve forecasted sales targets, revenue, and profit margin.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EU or UK region.
  • Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Provide market expertise and sales cadence to the business.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales data in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams to provide support for local clients.
  • Comply with Wiseasy's policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience in sales management and marketing, preferably within a global company.
  • Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS/payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open-minded with a positive working attitude, capable of multitasking.
  • Independent, proactive, taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficient in English and local language. Knowledge in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues is an added advantage.
  • Travelling may be required.
