To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid Registered General Nurse qualification and hold an active NMC Pin. As the Clinical Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, monitoring, and implementing care standards within the unit environment, ensuring effective clinical governance and audit.
  • Providing inspirational leadership and positive role modeling to the team, promoting effective communication across the multidisciplinary team through supervision, mentoring, and appraisal.
  • Ensuring all care records, risk assessments, audits, and outcome measures are integral to patient care, with regular monitoring and updates.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of compassionate care delivery, with excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. The following qualifications would be beneficial:

This permanent full-time position offers an attractive salary of £42,542.50 per annum (based on 38.5 hours per week at £21.25 per hour) along with various benefits including specialist dementia training, award-winning support programs, and a range of salary sacrifice options.
