About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving and developing the sales of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and embodying the image of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a courteous welcome to customers and follow up on orders taken
- Ensure the personalized follow-up of each customer in compliance with quality standards
- Ensure the shelving of products by ensuring their compliance with brand standards
- Collaborate in the management of stocks, restocking, and inventories
- Identify the client's needs and be proactive concerning the product offer
Requirements
- Experience in the sale of luxury and fashion world with a strong shoe product sensitivity
- Experience in customer service professions
- Excellent presentation and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques
- Strong sense of customer service and adaptability
