Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REISS. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and assisting with sales and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Management: Accurately pick and pack stock for online orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales and stock management, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and stock teams to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Team Player: A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
