About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share your passion for Timberland products with customers and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of store visual merchandising standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to inspire customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • You have a proactive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You are open and love interacting with people, able to express yourself, listen, and understand customers.
  • You have a genuine interest in active lifestyle, fashion, or retail trends.
  • You are a fast learner and are eager to take on new challenges.
  • You are fluent in English, with other languages being a plus.
  • You are flexible and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
