Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment to ensure efficient extraction and processing of materials.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to safety protocols to guarantee the highest standards of production.
- Load materials, manage supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the site to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Act as a responsible person on site in the manager's absence, taking charge of operations and making informed decisions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction materials industry, with a strong understanding of quarry operations and equipment maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and optimize production processes.
