Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our community-based Treatment Team in Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Duties of the Job- Take responsibility for the development, planning, and implementation of care and delivering treatment for patients requiring medication advice and review, and those with wider complex presentations.
- Manage a case load of service users who have complex health and care needs and who require medication advice and/or review in a defined time period of support.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000 - £62,000 per annum. We will consider a variety of flexible working arrangements to enable staff to balance their work and home lives and support staff by offering a fantastic range of benefits including:
- Increase mileage rates for > 3500
