Aftersales Support Position

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Wienerberger. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the UK. As an Aftersales Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.

Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries via email and phone, providing assistance with returns and replacement orders, and coordinating remedial work with our logistics team. To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you will require proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
