Construction Development Specialist

Are you ready to kick-start your career as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor in our Strategic Highways business team?
The role is based in Preston, with regular travel within the region.
We're seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our commercial team and support us on our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the other commercial team members with the running of our schemes and maintaining commercial information relevant to the contract.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Level 4. A full UK driving license is also essential due to the frequent travel to site.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of ££35,000, up to £400 company car allowance, and a range of benefits including discounted gym membership, flexible working hours, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
