Job Title: Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Manager

A highly motivated and experienced HSEQ Manager is required to join our client's team based near Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to further develop their Health and Safety career in a stable and reputable company that champions best practice and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, and manage training and reports on HSEQ performance.
  2. Ensure Quality Management systems and environmental management systems are maintained to ISO standards, liaise with regulatory bodies, and keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.
Requirements:
  1. Good Health, Safety, Environmental, and quality management experience within the manufacturing, construction, plant hire, production, process plant machinery industries or similar.
  2. Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level Health and Safety qualification and/or higher Degree in Health and Safety, Degree in Quality Management, or a Degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent level experience.
  3. Good ISO management experience and knowledge of HSQE legislation and ISO standards ISO9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  4. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle to get to remote industrial sites daily.

This is a rewarding role with a salary of circa £50k+ plus excellent company benefits, including an annual company bonus, generous holidays, and an excellent contributory pension scheme.
