Job Summary

Belcan is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead all aspects of programme delivery to budget, cost, and quality. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Project Management and be responsible for monitoring and reporting of appropriate KPIs both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programme delivery to budget, cost, and quality
  • Monitor and report on KPIs
  • Assist in setting project management capability
  • Play a central role in the standardisation and transformation of the Project Management Office
  • Utilize industry standard processes such as EVA and Agile
  • Identify milestones and interdependencies between activities
  • Assess and monitor project risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • Project Management Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as an Engineering Programme Manager in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ability to own and create Integrated Master Schedules
  • Strong focus on internal and external reporting against finance, quality, and deliverable based targets
