Investigations Case Director

Join Hire Ground as an Investigations Case Director and take on a challenging role that requires strategic leadership and management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and managing fitness to practice cases and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to drive improvements and ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Deliver strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Analyse data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, implementing agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
- Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent, and meet public protection objectives.
- Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
- Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.
