About the Role
Panoramic Associates is partnering with a reputable primary school to find an exceptional SENCo for a 12-month interim assignment. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the school's leadership team, driving the development of SEND provision and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Main Responsibilities
The Interim SENCo will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing SEND policies and procedures
- Working closely with teachers to design and deliver targeted interventions
- Supporting the senior leadership team in strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have:
- Significant experience as an SENCo or similar role
- QTS qualification and a deep understanding of education law
- Superb organizational and interpersonal skills
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is £52,500, reflecting your expertise and experience.
