**Job Summary**
Principal People Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our specialist Electrical and Substation organisation. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide Health and Safety guidance and support across multiple sites.
- Conduct Health and Safety audits and inspections.
- Drive a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the wider business.
- Engage and work closely with all areas of the organisation.
**Requirements:**
- NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent.
- Experience working within Electrical, Substation, HV or similar.
- Company car (Hybrid options) or Car allowance.
- 28 days plus Bank holiday.
- Pension Scheme.
