About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SMB Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers in EMEA, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth on G2.com
  • Leverage our industry-leading tech stack and strategic prioritization to add value to customers at scale
  • Drive revenue growth through your book of business, with a strong emphasis on retention and expansion
  • Prospect and unlock new revenue opportunities by educating customers about G2's Marketing Solutions
  • Act as a business leader in your territory, conducting customer research, developing strategic value-based sales approaches, and building business cases and ROI analysis
  • Advocate for customers by partnering with internal resources, including Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Support, and the G2 Research Team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B SaaS Go To Market Strategy, including marketing, sales, and ROI methodologies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, with at least 1+ year of closing experience
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in the software, technology, or digital marketing industry
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with little supervision and timely customer follow-up
