We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop valuable skills and knowledge in business administration, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the skills and qualifications needed to succeed in a business administration role. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and building your confidence in a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and professional parties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation, managing expectations and submitting documents to lenders

The Training and Qualifications:

You will receive comprehensive training and support to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, including online eLearning and live classes. Additionally, you may be required to complete functional skills in English and Mathematics if needed.

Ambition and Progression:

This apprenticeship offers a clear pathway for career advancement, with potential opportunities for further qualifications and progression within the Financial Services industry.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in 5 subjects, including Mathematics and English (grade 4 or above)
  • Excellent communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, administrative, teamwork, and initiative skills

Working Hours and Location:

You will work Monday to Friday between 10am and 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday work and travel abroad. The main office location is flexible, with options in Richmond, Surrey, Staines-upon-Thames, Heathrow, and London.

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on your skills, experience, and performance.
