About the Job

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor Trainee to join our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational managers across multi-discipline contracts.

Your responsibilities will include delivering contractual agreements with clients, providing frontline support to operatives, and ensuring company policy and procedures are adhered to. You will also be involved in updating safety management systems and driving adoption of a Human Factors-based approach in support of management HSEQ engagement.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • NEBOSH qualification or a strong desire to obtain NEBOSH certification.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Proficient in writing suitable and sufficient risk assessments and method statements.
