Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and sales performance.
  2. Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to sales team members to help them achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
  4. Sales Growth: Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  5. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering stock, managing stock levels, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
  2. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
  3. Passion for Retail: A genuine passion for retail and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Training and Development: Willingness to participate in industry-leading training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
