Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Uxbridge. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock control, and maintain high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, manage stock control, and maintain high store standards.
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  4. Manage stock levels, maintain store appearance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the store.
