Job SummaryThe Business Development Professional will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, expanding Airswift's client base, and diversifying service lines. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Resolving debt and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining a candidate hotlist and proactively selling candidates to clients.
- Securing client work orders and authorisations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, is required. Additional requirements include:
- An accredited degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in ATS and CRM systems.
- Account management experience with a proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Proven leadership experience.
