We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team as a Technical Agile Project Manager (VP). As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading agile feature teams, coaching others in agile practices, and ensuring successful project delivery across a complex estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up agile feature teams across projects and programmes.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint demos, retrospectives).
- Guide and mentor team members to increase productivity and build agile capabilities.
- Develop agile delivery metrics to track progress and remove blockers.
- Drive planning and forecasting to prepare the business for change.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure projects are closed in line with governance processes.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Agile Project Delivery (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe).
- Strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in project risk management, project staff leadership, and governance.
- Financial services or payments industry experience is highly desirable.
