Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining and delivering multiple projects to plan and scale
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Technical teams, ensuring the delivery of applications are on time and meet all cost and quality measures
  • Ensuring that all governance, risk policies, procedures, and compliance policies are met
  • Scoping, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Essential Experience:
  • Previous and significant PM experience within Financial Services, Fin-Tech, or Banking
  • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects (£500K - £2M cash per annum) in a complex organization
  • Delivering programs in an onshore and offshore development model
  • Software development methodologies, Waterfall and Agile
  • Tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Full Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel, PowerPoint
Desirable Experience:
  • Agile, Scrum Master Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience within FS/Banking related fields
