Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Consultant to help drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our clientele by selling recruitment solutions across industrial, driving, and commercial industries in Herts, Beds, and North London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a customer-facing sales environment and the ability to build rapport with new and existing customers. You will be required to develop your own robust sales plan, detailing outbound activity, lead conversion, pipeline assessment, and growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

- Achieving a monthly revenue target
- Delivering month-on-month pipeline growth
- Meeting monthly meeting targets
- Converting inbound marketing leads
- Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting the company's Recruitment services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Preparing and delivering sales tenders and presentations
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurately updating the CRM and utilising it for research and business development
- Direct report to General Manager

Requirements

- Proven working experience in a customer-facing sales environment
- Proven sales track record in a targeted environment
- Some Recruitment knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Market or Geographical knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
