About the JobThe Operations Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the coordination team, including contacting commercial customers to arrange installation appointments, handling customer queries, and responding to general enquires. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Contacting commercial customers to arrange appointments, considering travel time, engineer skill levels, and customer demand.
- Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer queries related to appointment booking via telephony and email.
- Responding to general customer enquiries according to contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years experience in coordination or scheduling (desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency in keyboard and personal computer skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
Estimated Salary Range: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum
