Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic technical services team at Erin Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional application support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of customer incidents and requests.
  • Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding application features and capabilities, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value and quality.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in software deployment and configuration, with a strong understanding of system monitoring solutions.
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in SQL database management, with a strong understanding of database concepts and principles.
