Job Overview

Process and Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Reliability Engineer to join our engineering team at our March site in Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering work organisation, management of engineering systems and reporting, improvement of equipment performance through a targeted and effective maintenance programme, engineering compliance, project management and site improvement activity.

This is a new role within our client's engineering team, reporting directly into the Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of maintenance processes and technologies, including condition monitoring systems, and have experience working within a Manufacturing industry.

The role has scope to make a difference on site and equip the job holder with great experience for developing a career at our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering work organisation
  • Management of engineering systems and reporting
  • Improvement of equipment performance through a targeted and effective maintenance programme
  • Engineering compliance
  • Project management and site improvement activity

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Maintenance management systems
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing industry
  • Understanding of maintenance processes and technologies
  • Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools
  • Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills
  • Driven to make change and impact
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and turn it into action
  • Highly professional and organised with a keen attention to detail
