The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in molecular biology and immunology to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with key suppliers and providing advice and support to customers via email and telephone regarding our antibody and assay-related products.

You will work closely with key accounts, suppliers, and customers to develop business and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to customers via email and telephone
  • Designing and arranging marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Participating in technical training sessions, scientific meetings, and shows as needed
  • Negotiating prices and helping to establish and launch new products
Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in a life science subject, coupled with laboratory experience focusing on immunology, flow cytometry, histochemistry, western blotting, or genomics. You will also need scientific knowledge and understanding of assays and antibodies, particularly immunoassay.

The work is office-based, with occasional travel to other sites and/or exhibitions. You will need to have a firm understanding of and experience within the life science research marketplace.
