About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our community hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide medical and rehabilitation support to patients.
  • Assess patient care needs and develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Work with junior members of staff to provide training and support in all aspects of patient care.

Requirements
  • Qualified adult physical health nurse.
  • Able to embody our Trust Values of being Caring, Committed, and Together.
  • Good understanding and use of IT programmes.
  • Ability to work flexibly for a 24/7 service.
