Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Night Site Manager to join our team at TD Recruitment. As a Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction project from start to finish, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the construction project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other construction project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standard.
- Procure materials, labor, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that the project is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor labor, building material, and equipment budgets, and take steps to curb unnecessary expenses and costs.
- Ensure that all construction project documentation, including records and reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects for a contractor.
- Proven ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and electronic project management systems.
- Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams.
- Advanced negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to closely collaborate with other construction project stakeholders.
Qualifications/Certificates:
- CSCS black card.
- SMSTS.
- Fire marshal.
- Asbestos awareness.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
