Groundworks Supervisor

Horizon Parking Ltd is a leading car park management company, providing a range of services nationwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Working Groundworks Supervisor to join our team, working from our Long Eaton office as a base to complete weekly tasks and rota. This role requires flexibility, with overnight stays throughout the working week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising work on site, ensuring all processes are followed correctly, and delivering high-quality work in line with company and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of work on site, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
• General construction work in line with client requirements, including paving, kerbing, installing bollards / machines / equipment, foundation work, drainage, finishing works, surfacing, concreting etc.
• Ensuring full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policy and requirements.
• Delivering a high-quality work in line with company and client expectations.
• Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.
• Completing Completion reports after completion of works using our online admin system.
• Signing permits to work on site.
• Managing health and safety on site to protect your team and the public.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months experience of working in grounds maintenance supervisory role.
• Experience of using a range of power tools and equipment.
• CSCS Card.
• SSSTS.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Full driving licence.

This role will require working away from home on a planned basis. Hotel accommodation and subsistence allowance is provided in line with our Expense Policy.
