Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in South. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly commercial objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, specifiers, and other stakeholders to secure converted orders and drive maximum opportunity for Wavin products.
- Actively promote and represent Wavin and its associated product brands across the construction and building products markets in line with the core strategy of the business.
Key performance indicators will include:
- Value of orders converted
- Conversion rate of opportunity to order
- Development of Project Pipeline
- Call ratio and frequency by customer type
- CDP seminars
- BIM customer penetration and adoption
- Mandatory use of Company CRM system
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of successful specification sales, including management of a Project Pipeline.
- Drive and ambition, with the ability to set challenging goals and achieve them.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently across a wide range of mediums.
- Proactive use of CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in successful negotiation, persuasion, and influencing.
- Ability to plan and organize efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in making informed business decisions.
- Ability to adapt and respond well to change.
