Position: Technical Sales Manager - South

About the Role:

  • Secure converted orders through product specifications and strategic partnerships
  • Effectively manage subcontract relationships to drive business growth
  • Promote Wavin products in the construction market through targeted sales initiatives

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Commercial Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through data-driven decision making
  • Develop and execute a project pipeline strategy to drive sales growth
  • Engage with specifiers and end-users to build strong relationships and drive business results
  • Contribute to business planning and sales growth through market analysis and trend identification
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

Profile:

  • Proven track record in specification sales with a strong understanding of the construction market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Effective use of CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business results
  • Adaptable and responsive to change with a strong work ethic
