We are seeking a skilled System Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system. This system will play a critical role in supporting our enterprise risk management, internal audit, and internal controls monitoring activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful system implementation and will partner with our Finance, Internal Control, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to ensure the timely and effective selection and implementation of the new GRC system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading the planning, execution, and implementation of a new GRC system across the Finance, Internal Control, Risk, and Internal Audit functions.
  2. Developing detailed project plans that consider all stages of the selection and implementation process, from initial analysis and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
  3. Establishing and maintaining effective and trusted relationships with project stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers.
  4. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  5. Regular reporting on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
  6. Identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.

About You

  1. Proven experience in a Project Management role and successful track record of end-to-end system implementation.
