Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance, Internal Control, Risk and Internal Audit functions, you will play a critical role in the selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of the new GRC system, ensuring its successful delivery and alignment with our strategic objectives. You will work closely with our Finance, Internal Control, Risk and Internal Audit teams to develop detailed project plans, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, and establish effective relationships with project stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive project plan, including initial analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  2. Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring regular reporting on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address project requirements, and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Providing expert guidance on system implementation best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
