Job Title: Retirement Plan Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Implementation Specialist to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our Finance, Internal Control, Risk, and Internal Audit teams, you will play a critical role in the timely and effective selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of a new GRC system across the Finance, Internal Control, Risk, and Internal Audit functions.
  • Develop detailed project plans that consider all stages of the selection and implementation process, from initial analysis and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish and maintain effective and trusted relationships with project stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Regular reporting on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
  • Identification and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role and successful track record of end-to-end system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of GRC systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
