We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at RATP Dev Transit London. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR, while making a significant contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  2. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  4. Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement, driving business growth and success.
  5. Administer staff travel passes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Analyze and generate reports on HR metrics (e.g., staff turnover and absence) from the HR database, informing data-driven decision-making.
  7. Manage the administration of employee benefits, serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
  8. Distribute HR reports to relevant departments (e.g., alcohol and drug testing report and night workers questionnaire report), monitoring feedback and responses.
  9. Oversee subject access requests from employees, maintaining transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  10. Maintain training databases and the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into individual training records.
  11. Process purchase orders and invoicing for HR suppliers, streamlining administrative processes.
  12. Perform other day-to-day administrative tasks required to support the HR function, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
