Organizational Development Assistant

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at RATP Dev Transit London. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR, while making a significant contribution to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement, driving business growth and success.
- Administer staff travel passes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze and generate reports on HR metrics (e.g., staff turnover and absence) from the HR database, informing data-driven decision-making.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
- Distribute HR reports to relevant departments (e.g., alcohol and drug testing report and night workers questionnaire report), monitoring feedback and responses.
- Oversee subject access requests from employees, maintaining transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training databases and the HR system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into individual training records.
- Process purchase orders and invoicing for HR suppliers, streamlining administrative processes.
- Perform other day-to-day administrative tasks required to support the HR function, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
