Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel to join our Technology and AdTech team at Global. As a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for providing senior-level legal support to our Tech & Digital, Workspace, and Data teams. You will be the go-to legal expert for technology, AdTech, and data protection matters, working closely with teams across the business to support critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide senior-level legal support to Global's Tech & Digital, Workspace, and Data teams
* Be the legal specialist and trusted advisor on contracts, legal, and compliance issues relating to technology, AdTech, and data protection
* Support the Legal & Business Affairs Director with podcast agreements, enterprise agreements, and supporting Captivate
* Work with and support the Data Privacy team to ensure compliance with data protection laws
* Develop solutions to complex legal issues
* Contribute to evaluations of new products and features for compliance with applicable laws

Requirements:

* Qualified legal practitioner admitted to practice law in England and Wales with a current practicing certificate or a qualified foreign lawyer who can be admitted to practice in England and Wales
* 5+ years PQE with a focus on technology and commercial law since qualification
* Good academic qualifications in England and Wales or other common law jurisdiction
