Role Overview

As the Adtech & Martech Director, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering innovative adtech and martech solutions to our clients. With a strong focus on digital transformation, you will drive business growth and success by leveraging your expertise in adtech and martech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business intelligence on adtech platforms to ensure strong knowledge within our team and clients.
  • Develop adtech strategic initiatives and requirements for our clients, including vendor testing and product testing.
  • Lead adtech roadmaps for client transformation agendas and maximize the value of chosen adtech platforms.
  • Scale adtech vendor best practices across local market teams and facilitate global adtech vendor-specific solutions based on client needs.
  • Lead adtech platform architecture and integration with client chosen martech, retail media, and commerce technologies.
  • Support Performance Hub in enhancing advertising technology solutions for performance campaigns across commerce, retail, search, social, and more.
  • Ensure best practices are leveraged to maximize the impact and value of chosen adtech platforms, working closely with ad ops and activation teams.
  • Support onboarding of clients and agency team members.
  • Deliver innovative data and tech consultancy with our Global Data lead and Managing Partner across EMEA and ROW, ensuring future readiness of our clients' organizations.
  • Support new business, providing direction on responses for data and tech responses with our Managing Partner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in adtech and digital strategy.
  • Experience in ad ops and digital activation across global platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Google Marketing Platform technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity, retail, and commerce platforms.
  • Experience with cloud databases and CDPs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of how regulations like CCPA and GDPR are impacting these marketing channels.
  • Understanding of the role identity plays in media and experience creating proposals and SOWs that showcase the tenants of how identity drives media efficacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in adtech, with a strong focus on cross-device and omnichannel consumer experience, and client-facing experience.
