About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes and in the community.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide person-centered care and support to our clients.
